20 Questions & 20 Answers

Well, you obviously don't know me yet, but one of my favorite things to do on the internet is answering tons of questions and as I was clicking through Sammi's blog, I came across these. Would you like to get to know me better? Just read my answers. ^_^ So here we go...

1. Thing you cannot leave the house without

My keys (obviously), my awesome hot pink wallet, kleenex, never ever without my phone and lip balm...

2. Favourite brand of makeup

I definitely love MAC. C'mon, seriously... who doesn't?! Their colors are magnificent and if I had the money I would buy every shade and color of every piece of makeup. Unfortunately I'm a poor student and find it to be really expensive.
Most of my makeup is from Manhattan Cosmetics.

3. Favourite flower

My absolute favorite flowers/trees are Magnolias. If I'll ever be able to afford a house with a garden, I will plant a magnolia tree. Otherwise I love tulips a lot and anything that is colorful and nice smelling.

4. Favourite clothing store

My favorite shops for basics are H&M, Vero Moda, Primark, TK Maxx and Zara. They're inexpensive, you get pretty much all the basics for your wardrobe and sometimes you can even find special pieces on sale.
I would love to have Topshop in Germany, though.

5. Favourite perfume

My favorite perfume of all times must be Sun by Jil Sander. My oldest sister has used it for a few years and I always loved it so much. As it's pretty expensive, I never bought it as a teen and when I got older I discovered the DKNY be delicious. It has been my scent ever since then. When I'm out of it, I'm considering to get Sun for the first time.
For the winter time I love to switch to Diesel's Fuel for Life.

6. Heels or Flats

I think this depends on the occasion. I really adore heels! I love seeing them on other people, I love collecting them, I love styling
them. But as I'm quite tall for a woman (173cm), I find it difficult to wear them all the time. It makes me feel really awkward, so during the day, I mostly wear flats.

7. Do you make good grades

Oh no, I failed badly in my final secondary-school exams. I've always been a very lazy student and wouldn't study for subjects I didn't find interesting. Now I really regret, that I didn't try harder.

8. Favourite colours

Oh lord, I love pretty much EVERY color! Turquoise, pink, orange, yellow, every shade of blue...

9. Do you drink energy drinks

From time to time I would have one, but mostly I drink my coffee in the morning.

10. Do you drink juice

To be honest, I don't really like juice that much. To me it's more of a treat instead of a beverage. On sundays maybe, I would have a glass of orange juice for breakfast and even then I usually mix it with water.

11. Do you like swimming

Yes, I absolutely enjoy swimming and when I was younger, I was in a swimming team.

12. Do you eat fries with a fork

No, my mom and I are really big fans of finger food. We believe that everything tastes way better eaten with fingers! ^_^

13. Favourite moisturiser

To be honest, I haven't found a proper moisturiser yet. For a long time I would use whatever was on sale and any cheap drugstore brand. I never made the connection, but I struggled with breakouts quite a lot, because my skin would be either too oily or too dry. From all drugstore brands, NIVEA did the best job so far.

14. Do you want to get married later on in life

Yes, I definitely want to get married! It is not something that I think of at this point of my life already, but if things stay this way, I would love to marry my boyfriend.

15. Do you get mad easily

This really depends on the situation. I might be a little bit moody... Well yes, I do.

16. Are you into ghost hunting

Ghost... what?! Who believes in ghosts actually?

17. Any phobias

Insects, although it got a lot better. 

18. Do you bite your nails

I don't bite my nails but the skin around them. It's a really bad habit of mine and I'm working on it to let it go.

19. Have you ever had a near death experience

Fortunately I only had smaller accidents thus far.

20. Do you drink coffee

Oh yes, I can't even start the day without my coffee. I LUV it!
